vitamin leaves or chakramuni soppina chutney







Ingredients;
vitamin leaves -3 cups
Scrapped coconut-3/4 cup
Red chilli -3-4
cumin seeds 3/4 tea spn
pepper 5-6

Method;
Take a pan and dry roast red chillis,cumin seeds,pepper seperately and set them aside.In the same pan put 2 drops of oil and fry vitamin leaves for 2-3 minutes.Then grind all the above ingredients after adding salt ,termarind according to the taste.Add water as per requirement.
This chutney is very tasty with rice,chapathi and also with bread sandwich.
